Special Town Meeting- October 2020

The State of Emergency related to COVID-19 remains in effect and will impact the SpecialTown Meeting for the Town of Erving.  

The Special Town Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, October 03, 2020 at 10:00 AM and will occur at the Senior & Community Center, 1Care Drive, Erving, MA 01344.   

Town Meeting Participation Guidance

The Annual Town Meeting is scheduled to occur outside under a tent in accordance with the Executive Orders issued by Governor Baker, therefore the following provisions will be in place:

• a face covering will be required
• hand sanitizer will be available for use
• social distancing will be required.   Chairs will be set in a designated place.  Individuals that cohabit can choose to sit closer together.
• the Town has secured the services of a sound company to ensure voters can here questions asked and answered.
