This application must be submitted for all curb cuts on Town Owned roads. It will be sent to the Highway Superintendent Glenn McCrory for review. Please reference the Curb Cut Bylaw before submitting this application and note that installation of a driveway may also require approval of other boards and commissions including Conservation Commission.
