Fire Department

Erving Fire is a small department consisting of 17 members, 14 of which are Call/Volunteers, and 3 additional members compliment the staff with daytime coverage. The department is fully trained to respond to various types of incidents including but not limited to: Motor Vehicle Accidents, Brush/Structure Fires, Hazardous Materials incidents, Water/Ice Rescue, Wilderness Search and Rescue, Medical Calls, and anything else that may arise. Because of the unique geography of our town, we have two stations, one located in "Erving-side"(Station 2) and one in "Erving Center"(Station 1), with members working out of both stations. Our department strives to provide the best possible service that we can to our residents, through continuing education and training often. We greatly appreciate the continual support of our community to allow us to provide these services.
