As required by the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Town of Erving has appointed an ADA Coordinator. The ADA Coordinator is Bryan Smith, Town Administrator. Reasonable accomodation requests, questions and complaints may be submitted to Bryan in writing by sending mail to:

Transition Planning
In 2022, the Town of Erving worked with the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG), through a planning grant administered by the Massachusetts Office on Disabilities (MOD), to conducted an ADA self evaluation and develop a transition plan. The planning process was completed in June 2022 and the Select Board approved the plan for submission to MOD for approval. The final plan can be accessed by clicking the link below.
