The Town of Erving welcomes and encourages home-based businesses. Before applying for a business license application, please check with the Town of Erving Zoning Bylaws to be sure that your type of business is allowed in your area of Town. Some, if they are not allowed by right, may be allowed through a special permit process. These details are outlined for you in the Zoning Bylaws.

Liquor Licensing
The Select Board is the Local Licensing Authority for all liquor licenses within the Town.
