An emergency meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Erving will be held on October 22, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m. This meeting is open to the public. To be held through audio/video conferencing pursuant to Governor Baker’s executive order

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:
- COVID-19 Exposure at Town Hall
- Potential change in Polling, including early voting and election day voting and voter Registration Location
- Any other matters that arise related to the COVID-19 Town Hall Exposure and/or election matters
An emergency or urgent public necessity exists that requires immediate action of the Board or an imminent threat to public health and safety or a reasonably unforeseeable situation exists, as follows:
A COVID-19 exposure at Town Hall, 12 East Main Street, Erving, MA 01344 has arisen on the dates of Saturday, October 17, 2020, Sunday, October 18, 2020, Monday, October 19, 2020 and Tuesday, October 21, 2020 which has necessitated Town Hall being closed during early voting, voter registration and potentially election day voting.
