Where do my recycled materials go?
The Town of Erving is a member of the Springfield Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) for processing of recyclables collected curbside. This is generally, paper, cardboard, glass bottles, aluminum cans, and plastic containers.
As we approach the holiday season, it is important to recognize what can be recycled, re-used or placed in the trash.
