Hazardous Waste

The Town of Erving works with the Franklin County Solid Waste Management District for the collection of hazardous materials.  The Town has limited capacity to collect hazardous materials at public works.  The Town can accept:

• Used motor oil
• Fluorescent bulbs

Annually, in the fall, the Town participates in the Household Hazardous Waste collection program in Franklin County.  Erving residents must pre-register with the Solid Waste District prior to deliverying materials to the disposal site.  For more information, visit: https://franklincountywastedistrict.org/Hazardous-Waste
