The Town of Erving Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Tuesday,  October 20, 2020 at 6:30 PM, to hold a remote public hearing on the application from Virginia Newton and Steven Lorenz requesting a Variance approval or other relief as may be necessary from Section 5.2 of the Erving Zoning By-Laws, for building a 20 ft by 32 ft carport with solar panel roof at 28 River Street, Map 0, Lot 4, Block 20 in the Town of Erving, Map pursuant to Section 5.2 of the Zoning ByLaws.
