01/13/2021: Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing

The Town of Erving Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 6:00 PM, to hold a remote public hearing on the application from Donna Flagg, requesting a Variance approval or other relief as may be necessary from Section 5.2 of the Erving Zoning By-Laws, to place a 10’ X 16’ shed next to driveway but over setbacks at 8 Park Street, Map 4, Lot 5, Block 24 in the Town of Erving, Map pursuant to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Bylaws.
