Notice of Public Hearing

Under section 6.1.6 of the Town of Erving Zoning ByLaws, in conformity with the provisions of M.G.L., Ch. 34, The Town of Erving Planning Board will meet at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, March 27, 2020 in the Town Hall downstairs meeting room, 12 East Main Street, Erving, Mass. to hold a public hearing on the application for Erving Poplar Mountain Solar 1 LLC, requesting a Special Permit, or other relief as may be necessary from Section 4.10.3 of the Erving Zoning ByLaws, to allow a proposed solar PV development at the location of 151 Northfield Road, Map 1, Block 4, Lot 8 in Erving, Massachusetts, 01344.
