PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Erving Conservation Commission in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. Chapter 131 Section 40, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 7:00PM at the Erving Town Hall, 12 East Main Street, to discuss a Notice of Intent by Charles Housen Trust, for the upgrade of an existing septic system located at 1 Laurel Lake Road in the Town of Erving, MA.
