Notice of Public Meeting

The Erving Conservation Commission in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. Chapter 131 Section 40, will hold a public meeting at Town Hall, 12 East Main Street, Erving, MA 01334 on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 7:30pm to consider a Request For Determination of Applicability by EVERSOURCE. Project proposes to replace 32 electrical transmission structures along the Eversource line 381 right-of-way (ROW) between Millers Falls Road and Warwick Road in Northfield. One structure is located in Erving.
