Erving Revaluation

The Town of Erving proposed FY 2019 Assessments are available for public viewing. The Erving Board of Assessors has been notified that the FY 2019 property assessments resulting from a revaluation have received preliminary certification from the State Department of Revenue. Assessments will be available for viewing in the Assessor's Office in Town Hall. Property Owners will have from October 18, 2018 – October 29 to review values and ask questions. FY 2019 assessments represent fair cash value as of the appraisal date of January 1, 2018. Values should primarily reflect calendar year 2017 building costs and market conditions as well as any updates to the property records such as new construction or data corrections. Property Record cards have been mailed to all property owners in Erving. Assessor’s Office will be open for taxpayers to ask questions, review, discuss and request changes in the proposed values from Monday, October 22, Tuesday, October 23, Thursday, October 25 and Monday, October 29, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Monday Evenings from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
