Note: To reach Church Street; take North Street off Route 2 then take the first right over the bridge onto Church Street.
Spring is fast approaching and you know what that means….time for the annual Town Wide Tag Sale! Funds raised from tag sale registrations make it possible for the Friends to sponsor the summer reading program and other events at the Erving Public Library.
The registration fee remains at a reasonable $15.00. By registering your tag sale, you will receive the following benefits: advertising signage along Route 2 and Route 63, advertising posters at local businesses and town buildings, advertising in 2 local newspapers (Greenfield Recorder and Athol Daily) for 2 days (4/28 & 4/29); advertising in the Montague Reporter, advertising on the Erving Library and Town of Erving website, advertising on tag sale websites. If you want your tag sale location to appear on the list of tag sale sites and on the Google map that will be available on the Erving Town Website Calendar, please mail to or drop off your registration form and fee by noon on Sunday, April 23 to the Erving Public Library, 2 Care Drive, Erving, MA 01344. Paper maps will be available at the Erving Library for $1. If you have questions or concerns, email the Friends at ervinglibraryfriends@gmail.com or call the library at (413)423-3348.
Donations
Books will be reviewed for acceptance on the following Sundays:
April 2nd, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the library Business Center
April 16th, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the library Business Center
April 23rd, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the library Business Center
Plant donations can be left on the back patio of the library starting Sunday, April 23, 2023.
