Assessment & Feasibility of Redevelopment

The Town of Erving has been working with a variety of stakeholders to prepare for the redevelopment of this site.  The FRCOG Planning Department has been an integral partner in the assessment of the site through the Regional Brownfield Program.  Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments were completed in 2010 and 2011.  A Hazardous Building Materials Assessment was conducted in 2015 and updated after substantial remediation work was completed in 2019.  The site may still require the remediation of asbestos, lead or other hazardous materials.
