to hold a public hearing on the application for Erving Poplar Mountain Solar 1 LLC, requesting a Special Permit, or other relief as may be necessary from Section 4.7 of the Erving Zoning ByLaws, to allow proposed solar PV development at the location of 151 Northfield Road, Map 1, Block 4, Lot 8 in Erving, Massachusetts, 01344.
