Keyup Brook Field Study

The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) is working with the Town of Erving and the Erving Select Board on a plan for the Keyup Brook watershed that documents existing conditions and identifies potential locations for stormwater management and water quality improvement projects.

FRCOG staff will be doing fieldwork in November and may be reaching out to residents in the Keyup Brook watershed to schedule interviews. Once completed, the Watershed-Based Plan will be submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, 319 Program. With an approved plan, Erving is eligible for grant funding for water-quality and stormwater management/flood resilience projects.
