IP Mill Redevelopment Discussion

The Erving Select Board invites the public to gather for an evening of pizza and discussion on the redevelopment of the IP Mill on August 22, 2022.  A variety of Town officials will be in attendance to discuss the status of the site with each other and with the public.  There will be short presentations from project partners and then time for discussion & brainstorming.

The event will take place at Erving Elementary School - 28 Northfield Road

Schedule

6:15 - 7:00PM: Arrive, grab a slice of pizza, & review documents

7:00 - 7:30PM: Short presentations from Town officials & partner agencies

7:30 - 8:30PM: Break into small groups for discussions

8:30 - 9:00PM: Return to a large group, break out groups report back, & establish next steps/future meetings

Documents to Review

We are asking everyone to please review supporting documents prior to the meeting, to promote thoughtful conversation.  A general overview of the property with studies can be found here.  A summary of the current status of the project from May can be found here.  The feasibility study can be found here.  We will have hard copies of maps and select passages from various studies available for participants to refer to during discussions.
